What are the shipping costs?
The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. They are subject to change without any notice. Tracking is included in all domestic orders.
Do I have to pay custom fees / VAT?
Yes, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be collecting or remitting VAT, meaning VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. This process may delay packages. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying.
What are the estimated delivery times?
First Class:
US: 3-7 business days
International: 10- 30 business days
How do you package your items?
We try to use recycled packaging materials whenever possible. To save paper, invoices aren't included in the package.
My package says a Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Why hasn't it been shipped yet?
It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. Labels are only printed when the packages are ready to be dropped off.
My order is late or it got lost in the mail.
Domestic orders: If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of shipment and the tracking hasn't updated or the package is missing, please contact us so they can begin tracking it down.
International orders: Sometimes it can take up to 6-8 weeks for the package to arrive and the tracking (or customs form number) may not always update. If it's been more than 2 months, please contact us.
Note that packages can get delayed due to the pandemic, weather conditions, holidays, getting stuck in customs, or other circumstances.
My order got delivered back to you, what do I do?
If your order gets delivered back because the post was unable to deliver the package to the address you provided or if you didn't pay your duties at customs, you'll have to pay for shipping costs again if you want us to redeliver your order. If you want a refund instead, we'll refund the items minus the shipping cost.
